Common injury areas

It's rarely the game that stops you

01

Shoulder & Rotator Cuff

Every overhead, every serve, every put-away runs through the same joint. Warmed up, it's good for four hours. Cold, it's the reason your paddle stays in the bag on Thursday.

02

Forearm & Wrist

Every dink, every reset, every put-away runs through your grip โ€” hundreds of them a session, all in the same small muscles. It's why the ache shows up in your forearm long before it shows up anywhere else.

03

Calf & Achilles

Pickleball is short sprints and hard stops, over and over. That's the exact load calves and Achilles tendons object to first, especially on a body that went straight from the car to the court.
