An exclusive online training program that provides weekly workouts that are designed for small spaces with little to no equipment. A weekly workout plan is suggested, providing proper scheduling of classes by type. Sample class formats include Body Sculpt, Yoga, HIIT and Mat Pilates. Your workout plan and weekly videos will be uploaded every Sunday. Past week’s videos will be placed in a content library inside remoteFIT for you to access, anytime!
