THE WORKOUT:

Begin with the first exercise on the left of the band and work through the circuit to the right side. Start with one circuit and, over time, work your way up to three, performing the routine 2-3 times each week on non-consecutive days.

 

POST TREATMENT EXERCISE TIPS:

» Get medical clearance from your doctor

» Know the post treatment side effects of your treatment including neuropathy, decreased balance, and dehydration risk

» Know what muscles of lymph nodes may have been affected by surgery and adapt the moves as needed
