Ready to add more Micro-wellness steps to your growing healthy lifestyle?

The guidelines are simple:

  • Something you care about.
  • Something you can do in under 2 minutes.
  • Something too small to fail.

Here is one micro-wellness step for every. single. day. in April🙂

  • April 1 Walk the stairs 5x a day.
  • April 2 Put your phone and computer to sleep 30 minutes before you go to bed. Work your way to an hour before.
  • April 3 Give your loved ones an extra 3 seconds on your hugs or a 30 second hug at least once a day.
  • April 4 Read 1 page of a book.
  • April 5 Make your bed.
  • April 6 Journal 1 sentence. Make it something you’re grateful for.
  • April 7 Walk to the end of your street/driveway after dinner.
  • April 8 Drink 8 ounces of water as soon as you wake-up in the morning.
  • April 9 Send a check-in text to (your mom/your friend/your uncle) before you drink your coffee.
  • April 10 Do 5 squats and 5 push-ups before you shower.
  • April 11 Organize one drawer today.
  • April 12 Eat a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.
  • April 13 Meatless Monday: Prepare a meatless dinner this week.
  • April 14 Spend some time outside.
  • April 15 Self massage with a lacrosse ball.
  • April 16 Take 3 long deep breaths before answering emails.
  • April 17 Color or doodle for 2 minutes.
  • April 18 Start your day with a cup of warm water and lemon.
  • April 19 Buy 2 healthy pantry items each grocery trip (e.g., beans, chicken/bone broth, steel cut oats, organic peanut butter).

  • April 21 Take a bath tonight.

  • April 25 Start a home vegetable garden.
  • April 26 Take a one-minute stretch break every hour. Start by setting a timer. Keep the timer set until you actually start taking the breaks!
  • April 27 Repeat an affirmation every time you look in the mirror. (“I am statement” Ex: “I am pure health.” “I am financially secure.”)
